Safety

01 Before you meet someone
Meet for the first time in a busy public place — a cafe, a square, a park during daylight.
Tell a friend or family member where you are going, who with, and when you expect to be back.
Travel there and back under your own steam. Do not let someone pick you up from home the first time.
02 What not to share
Home or work address, bank details, ID number, photos of documents, phone number, full name. No genuine member will ask for these.
Do not follow links outside the platform. If you share personal information, you do so at your own risk — the social networking platform bears no liability.
03 Signs of a scam
Be careful if someone: asks for money for any reason, rushes to move the conversation off the platform, refuses a video call, or their story keeps changing.
Never send money to someone you met here. No exceptions.
04 Outings and activities
Planning outings or any activity is entirely by your own arrangement and is not organized by management. Do not trust people you do not know.
05 Tools you have
You can block anyone — messages stop and you no longer see their posts.
You can report a user, post or private message. Reports open a ticket for moderators — we do not monitor private chats without a report.
In privacy settings you control who can message you and whether your city is shown.
06 If something goes wrong
In immediate danger call 112. For cybercrime in Cyprus, contact the Police Office for Combating Cybercrime.
Tell us too at [email protected] so we can act on the account.
